James W. Bright age 64, of Marion, died Saturday July 11, 2020 at his residence. James was born on September 18, 1955 to the late Walter and Edna (Pool) Bright Sr. He married Brigitte Casto in September of 1975 and they later divorced. She survives in LaRue. He is also survived by his daughter Jennifer Casperson of Marion, grandchildren Zachary Nicolosi, Brodie Johns and Abbie Johns, great grandchildren Bella Hardy and Lennox Johns, brothers Wayne Bright and Walter Bright Jr., sisters Connie Johnston and Lynn Robinson, and special role models during his childhood Paul and the late Barbara Rogers. He is preceded in death by his brothers David and Gary and sisters Debra, Joyce and Cindy. He was a Pleasant High School graduate, where he played on the state football team and was a part of the wrestling team as well. James served the United States Navy and earned the National Defense Service Medal. He was later employed by the Veterans Service Organization in the transportation department. His hobbies included boxing and watching TV. James was a proud dad and grandpa. Affordable Cremation & Funeral Services of Ohio were entrusted with the arrangements.
