Jackolee’s Obituary Jackolee Bivens, 81, of Owings Mills, departed this life on Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore. Born in Salisbury, she was the daughter of the late John Jones and Ada Jones Wright. Ms. Bivens was a homemaker. She will be lovingly remembered by: four daughters, Joy (Esq.), Dawn, Carol, and Faith; five sisters, Pearl, Peggy, Geraldine, Alice Jean, and Shirley; two brothers, Danny and Lawrence; a granddaughter, Tori; a great-granddaughter whom she raised, Chyna; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a son, Lawrence, Jr., five sisters, Catherine, Marion, Joy “Sweetsie,” Levenia, and Frances “Peaches,” six brothers, Jewett, Clement, William “Billie,” Rudolph “Rudy,” Irvin, and Leroy, and a son-in-law, Harry. Ms. Bivens will lie in repose on Sunday, August 2, 2020, from 10 to 11 AM at Lewis N. Watson Funeral Home, P.A., 1618 West Road, Salisbury.
