Snyder and Patricia J. (Fred) Hester, dear grandmother of Laura J. Hester (Nolan) Tewes and Franklin E. (May) Hester, great-grandmother of Andrew and Arya Tewes, Sophia Hester, Gavin, Carly and Gabriel Cespedes. Died Wednesday, July 29th, age 96. Long time resident of Oakley in Cincinnati. Visitation at Clepper-Kelsch Funeral Home at Oakley Square, 2961 Madison Road, Cincinnati, OH 45209 on Tuesday, August 4th, 11 am until the funeral service at 12 noon. Internment at Spring Grove Cemetery. Garnet was a tap and toe dancer and acrobat in her early years. A Health/Physical Education and 4th grade teacher at Central Fairmont, Raschig and Oakley Elementary schools for 10 years, she also substituted at Withrow High School for the Deaf classes andother classes for 25 years. Memorials may be made in memory of Garnet to Kentucky Education Association (KEA) – Retired Scholarship Fund, 71 Cavalier Blvd., Florence, KY 41042.
