Born April 20, 1941 in Union county, she was a daughter of the late Dexter and Carrie Helms Earp. She was the life of the party, no matter where she went. A service to celebrate the life of Dorothy will be held at a later date. Mrs. Williams is survived by sons, Mark Williams (Kathy) of Peachland and John Williams (Gloria) of Monroe; sister, Brenda Anderson of Charleston, SC; grandchildren, Kelly Morgan, Dustin Williams, Danny Presson and Nikki Griffin; 7 great-grandchildren.
