Dorothea Lucille Davis Eason She was born on July 16, 1924 in Seagoville, Texas to Frank Ross Davis and Lillie Belle Davis and passed away on July 18, 2020 in Port Lavaca, Texas. She is survived by three of her four children: Dennis(Melinda) Eason, Deer Park, TX, Carol(Kirby) Montgomery, Pearland, TX and Karen(Rex) Sanders, Palacios, TX. She also has 11 grandchildren and countless great and great great granchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Melvin Eason, daughter and son-in-law, Gail(Bill) Cauley, brother, Charles Clyde Davis ,grandson, Kenneth Daniel Montgomery and great grandaughter Brianna Danielle Hart. As a child her parents traveled a great deal from job to job so she was not able to attend school on a regular basis. She deeply regretted this fact. She loved to read and educated herself in many areas She also loved to fish. In her younger years she was a great seamstress and sewed many clothes for her family and others. She accepted the Lord early in life and is now enjoying being in the Presence of her Savior. She will be missed but the memories of her will last for ever Her service be held Wednesday, July 29th at 10 AM at South Park Cemetery located at 1310 North Main Street, Pearland, TX 77581.
