Danny’s Obituary Danny Shafford Bonds, 64, of Riner, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2020. He was a U. S. Navy veteran and retired from Volvo Trucks. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ezra and Margaret Bonds; and brothers, Abraham and James Bonds. Survivors include his wife of 11 years, Sara Bonds; daughter and son-in-law, Danielle and Christopher McHone of South Carolina; grandchildren, Jaxon and Anakin McHone; stepson, Jubal Giles; brothers and sister-in-law, Dewayne and Linda Bonds of Riner and Kelley Bonds of Snowville; sisters, Christine McNeille of Check and Shirley DeHart of Christiansburg; and many other relatives and friends.
