Claudie’s Obituary Claudie L. Conner, age 80, passed away on Thursday, July 30th, 2020. Claudie was born on September 1st, 1939 in Wappapello, MO. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Evangeline “Van” Conner, his two children, Connie Almond and Bobby (Kim) Conner, his three grandchildren, Amanda Almond, Kasie Whittier, and Francina Veurink, and his seven great-grandchildren, Taylor Almond, Conner Schaefer, Axel Whittier, Hunter Whittier, Journie Whittier, Eva Veurink and Lyric Veurink. Claudie worked as a Supervisor for Ameren UE for 36 years. He loved to hunt, fish, and spend time with his family. A private Celebration of Life service to be held at a later date.
