Therefore, at this time gatherings are limited to 10 guests or less as mandated by the Governor of Louisiana. Thus, these gatherings are limited to immediate family only. CROWLEY-A private ceremony will be held for the immediate family only for Whitney Joseph Clement. On Friday, April 29, 2020, the Angels of the Lord descended on Capitol House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Baton Rouge, LA and escorted Whitney, 77, to his eternal home. Cherishing his memory will be two daughters: Zelda (Michael) Royer and Marcia (Adram) Johnson both of Crowley, LA; two sons: Justin (Ariel) Crawford of Cedar Rapids, IA and Choyce (Deshaunda) Clement of Houston, TX; one sister: Joyce Breaux of Breaux Bridge, LA; two brothers: Johnny Clement of Crowley, LA and Gerald Clement of North Carolina; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Owens-Thomas Funeral Home of Eunice is in charge of arrangements.
