Obituary Mr. Walter Thomas Neal was born August 25, 1936, in Sunflower MS. The oldest child born to Charles T. Neal and Hattie Pullium. He passed away May 12, 2020, at his residence with his loving family by his side. Walter moved to Indiana in his early twenties (1957) and was employed at Slick’s Laundry, where he met the love of his life, Yvonne Lloyd. They later married and had four daughters. In 1968, he was employed by US Steel Gary Works Plant and worked as a Crane Operator, retiring after 30 years of loyal and dedicated service. Walter enjoyed spending time with his family, hanging out at the boat, traveling, and working on cars. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles T. and Hattie Pullium, step-father, William Pullium, and daughter, Patricia Neal. Walter is survived by his loving, caring and devoted wife, Yvonne, three daughters, Yvette Neal (Eddie Warfield) of Evansville, IN, Tara Neal Fletcher of Evansville, IN., and Tonya Neal of Portage, IN., siblings, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Services for Mr. Neal will be private. Celebration of his life will be at a later date. may God bless the Neal family.
