Timothy’s Obituary Oakdale-Graveside Services for Timothy “Tim” Hyatt, Sr., 60, will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at Sugartown Cemetery with Rev. Ott officiating. All arrangements have been entrusted to Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Homes. The family will be receiving visitors on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at Sugartown Baptist Church from 10 a.m. until time of service. ** Please, note that the gathering capacity will be limited, as per state compliance. ** Tim was a loving father, brother, and grandfather. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Deidra, for thirty-eight years until her passing in 2018. He was a lifelong resident of Sugartown. Tim was an amazing father to his three children and an incredible grandfather to his eight grandchildren. He worked as a logger for many years to provide for his family. Tim loved working in his garden, growing vegetables and riding his tractor. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Those left to cherish Tim’s memory include his two sons, Timothy “T.J.” Hyatt (LeeAnn) of Oakdale and Patrick Hyatt (Jessica) of Sugartown; one daughter, Ashley Hyatt (Coy Fuselier) of Dry Creek; companion, Nelda Stebbins; three sisters, Patricia Gassiott, Judy Snell and Becky LaCaze all of Pitkin; and eight grandchildren. Tim is preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Pauline Hyatt; wife, Deidra Hyatt; and three brothers, Curtis Haney, Joe and Benny Hyatt. Read More
