Obituary Thomas Jeffrey Walker, Sr. 68, of Pecatonica, IL passed away at 3:44 pm Wednesday April 1, 2020 at Javon Bea Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born August 28, 1951 in Evanston Illinois, the son of Mr. Harry Lloyd Walker and Mrs. Vera Walker. Thomas graduated from Sullivan High School in Chicago Illinois. He is a veteran of the United States Army, Infantry division, serving in the U.S. He married Rosemary Ellen Kayler March 18th 1983. Thomas is a member of St. Mary”S Catholic Church in Pecatonica, IL; and also a retired member of Local 150 Operating Engineers and former member of local 705 Teamsters Union. Survivors include wife – Rosemary Walker; children Michele Rubenstein, Tammy McDonnell (TJ Mcdonnell), Shannon Walker (Lucas Ferguson), Tommy Walker (Alysca Walker). Grand children Gavin Vandenboom; Kayla Mitchell, Xaria Ingram, John Ingram, Emma Walker and Jocelyn McDonnell. Great grand children Kaide Simpson, Kai Simpson, Kouri Simpson Jr. and Jiovani Arellano. Pre-deceased in death by sister Cheryl Rodbro, son Jason Rubenstein and parents Harry and Vera Walker. Tom loved bowling, hunting, fishing, auctions, Harley Davidson motorcycles and spending time with his wife and children. His love for his two Labrador retrievers was endless. His fur babies were his best friends. Tom, dad, is already greatly missed and his love from his family is eternal. Private funeral ceremonies will be held for the family.
