Raquel’s Obituary Raquel Alcala, a resident of Westland, passed from this life on May 16, 2020, at the age of 72. Raquel was the beloved wife of the late Rafael and the loving mother of Lynnette (Thomas) Carpenter, Catherine, Christina (Scott) Fletcher and David (Virginia). She was the cherished grandmother of 11. Raquel was the dear sister of Rudy (Louella) Cervantes, Alfred (Vicky) Cervantes, Richard Cervantes, Julio (Beverly) Cervantes, Arturo (Lupe) Cervantes, Dolores Delira, Jenny Cervantes, Ester Velez, Roberto (Linda) Cervantes and Raul (Debbie) Cervantes. There will be private family visitation on Thursday, May 21, 2020, followed by burial at St. Hedwig Cemetery. Read More
