Obituary Rachelle Whitney Brown passed away, Tuesday, May 19th, 2020, at the age of 38. She was a loving mother, wife, daughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend. Rachelle was born on June 27th, 1981 to Caysi Hojnacki and Rick Glenn in Northglenn, Colorado. In 1995 Rachelle moved to Nederland, Colorado and graduated from Nederland Junior-Senior High School in 1999. There she met her soul mate, Jeremy. Rachelle and Jeremy have what some would call an old fashioned love story that isn’t common in this modern world. High school sweethearts with eyes only for each other, they were married on May 20th, 2005. They built a life and family together and welcomed two amazing sons, Mason and Chase in 2009 and 2012, respectively. They moved to Lakewood, Colorado in 2000, then Westminster and finally settled in Littleton, Colorado in 2013. After college, Rachelle worked her way up the ranks at Land Title Guarantee Company as a Clerk, eventually becoming a one of the top Mortgage Loan Closers. In 2019, Rachelle realized that her calling was actually to stay at home with her boys. To say that she loved her sons is a vast understatement. Rachelle lived for her kids and loved being a “fun” mom. She and Jeremy did everything they could so Mason and Chase could follow their dreams. Mason is a rising Motocross star and Chase is following in his footsteps, with Rachelle supporting them every step of the way. Those that knew Rachelle will remember all the little (and big) things that made her special (and at times frustrating). Her love of Scooby Doo, all things purple, the way she always wore sunglasses on top of her head, never used punctuation when texting, and only wore hoodies, no matter how hot it was, especially her hot pink hoodie and leggings to match. She would never leave family or a friend in need and could be counted on to provide a sassy or sarcastic remark at just the right time to make you laugh or ease the tension. She was a fierce advocate for those she loved and always had a shoulder to cry on. Once you were able to break into her inner circle (which could take some time), you were rewarded with an insanely loyal friend and confidant for life. Rachelle hated her middle name and family and friends found it amusing to use it whenever needed to make a point, and be regarded with a scowl, a roll of her big beautiful brown eyes, and a well timed expletive. She would tell you exactly what she thought, excitedly exclaim “Right On”, even if it was a bad idea, and when asked, would always answer “It’s fine”, even if it wasn’t. She lived her life her way and family and friends were her passion. Rachelle is survived by her husband, Jeremy; sons, Mason and Chase; mother, Caysi Hojnacki (Tom); father, Rick Glenn; sister, Charlye Scott (Chris); brothers, Maxx Hojnacki, Guss Hojnacki (Darian), and Brandon Glenn; grandparents, Sue and Pete Kroll, Carol Glenn, and George O’Brien; aunts, Leslie O’Brien, Syndi O’Brien, Debbie Glenn, Mindy Glenn, uncle, Rodney Glenn; mother- and father-in-law, Tim and Karen Brown; brother-in-law, Cory Brown (Allyson), Levi Brown (Blanca), April Grenier & Lacey Jones (Chris), niece’s and nephew’s; several cousins and many friends. Rest free Scoob. You are loved by many and missed by all. Your spirit will live on in your boys, and those that love you will carry your memory on forever. Events There are no events scheduled.
