Dulcie Mackie, age 49, of Cookeville, passed away on May 6, 2020 at her home in Cookeville TN. She was born on November 24, 1970, in Bad Axe Michigan, to James Miller and Betty Deming Miller.

The family has chosen cremation and a Memorial service will be held at a later date.
