RICHMOND, Ind. – Otis Wesby, age 50, of Richmond, Indiana, died Friday, May 15, 2020, at Reid Health. Otis was born on January 20, 1970, in Muncie, Indiana, to James Wesby. Survivors include his cousin, Della Wesby of Muncie and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kimberly Evonne Kirby; father; two brothers; and sister. There will be no services for Otis Wesby. Arrangements are being handled by Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond.
