Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Nellie Lou Bolton age 73 of Wellston passed away Friday May 15 2020 at the Select Specialty Hospital in Newark She was born October 4 1946 in Wellston Ohio to the late John Lamar Gray and Thelma Remy Gray Nellie was a maker and a former area restaurant worker She was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy in Jackson and she enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren Nellie is survived by sons Donald Carl Hall of Wellston and John Daniel Hall Dreama of Wellston; grandchildren Derek Levi Hall Brynden Hall Elijah Hall Chasity Robinson Ethan Jayjohn and Nathan Jayjohn; great-grandchildren Dia Channel Aryahanna Jayjohn Kingston Jayjohn Taylor Marlow and Karson Rippeth; brothers and sisters Larry Lamar Gray of Wellston Donald Glen Gray of Jackson Rebecca Zawol of Michigan and Angela Jones of Jackson; as well as several nieces nephews cousins and friends Besides her parents Nellie was preceded in death by her first husband Chalmer Carl Hall in 1990; her second husband Harold Bolton in 1999; and sisters Yolanda Strickland and Karen Geer Calling hours will be Tuesday May19 2020 from 5 to 8 P at the McWilliams in Wellston service will be Wednesday May 20 2020 at 1 P at the McWilliams with Pastor Alfred Havens officiating Burial will follow in the Salem Cemetery For those attending we ask that you follow the Ohio Department of Health’s recommended guidelines for social distancing during this time Online condolences can be sent to the family at wwwmcwilliams-co 2020.
