Michael Dale Tinsley, 58, of Kansas City, Kansas, passed away on May 23, 2020. Michael was born on August 11, 1961, the son of Ed Tinsley Sr. and Martha Tinsley. He is preceded in death by his father Ed Tinsley Sr. and two sons. Michael is survived by sons Michael (Lonna) Lutes and Travis Tinsley; brother Ed Tinsley Jr.; two grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
