Melissa Gail Cook of Nashville, Tennessee January 18, 1979 – May 10, 2020 Mellissa Cook – 41 – Passed away peacefully on May 5, 2020 in Nashville, TN. She was born in Nashville, TN on January 18, 1979 to the late Mr. James Cook and Donna Gail. She is survived by her mother Linda Cook, daughter Shelby Messick; Brothers: Jimmy Cook and Michael Cook; sisters: Michelle Stewart, Perry (James) Mosses, Hattie (Scott) Garrett, and Mary (Timothy) Baxter. There will be a memorial services held at Boyd Funeral Home on Thursday, May 14, 2020 from 11am- 2pm. Online condolences maybe left at www.boydfuneralhome
