Obituary Maxwell Crosby was born on February 11, 1952 in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Rufus Crosby, Sr. and Juanita Sanders Crosby. He was one of seven siblings. He was affectionately known as “Bruh Bruh” to his sisters and known as Mack to everyone else. He was educated in the Birmingham City School System. Mack accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and joined True Vine Ministries under the leadership of Pastor Ralph Garth, where he was the drum player. He was a faithful and dedicated member. He never waivered in his faith, even when his health was challenged. He posted scriptures throughout his home and thanked God for the opportunity to praise Him From a previous marriage two children were born, Tellis and Janita Clark. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Cecil and Leotha Sanders; parents Rufus, Sr, and Juanita Crosby; and brothers Rufus, Jr. and Melvin Crosby. He leaves to cherish his memories two children, Tellis and Janita; three sisters, Willie Pearl Tarver, Patricia Greene (Larry), LaQuita Walker (Billy); four grandchildren, Te’Khiya Kenniebrew, Kaylyn Kenniebrew, Te’layla Clark and Quantez Oden; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
