Mary Margaret Gibbon, 82, of Dyer, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at St. Anthony Majestic Care. She was born February 11, 1938 in Chicago, a daughter of Andrew and Margaret (Moore) Morley. On August 4, 1956 she married James Gibbon Sr. in Chicago. She worked at the University of Chicago in the Registrar’s office. Mary is survived by her loving husband of 63 years; a son, James (Renee) Gibbon, Jr. of Downers Grove; two daughters, Diane (Lester Babicki) Gibbon of Chicago and Christine (Russ Wood) Klingen of Plainfield; 3 grandchildren, Kevin (Missy) Klingen, Kyle (Jessica) Klingen, and Ryan Klingen; 1 great granddaughter, Meadow Klingen; as well as many loving nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, AJ Morley, Anna Matthews, Patrick Morley; and a brother-in law Douglas Gibbon.
