On Thursday, May 21, 2020, Leona “Lee” Hall passed away at 95. A native of West Virginia, she was born to Guy and Florence Rogers Boggs on May 8, 1925. She was one of seven children. Lee was preceded in death by her parents and four siblings. She is survived by brothers Reverend Boxley Boggs of Pompano Beach, FL, and Burk Boggs of Manassas, VA, her children and spouses, Jimmy Lee and Connie Hall of Bristol, VA, Jan and Bill Kincaid of Johnson City, TN, six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and the love of her life, Tom Baird of Johnson City, TN. Lee was a life-long servant of the Lord. She was a deaconess at First Baptist Church in Dunbar, WV. Once she moved to this area, Lee became a member of Munsey Memorial United Methodist Church where she was a frequent volunteer, past president of United Methodist Women, leader of Circle 9, and a member of the Solon Gentry Sunday School class. Her family cherishes her faith in the Lord and her avid gardening skills. The family will hold a private ceremony at a later date.
