Judie Lane Talley, 71 of Corinth, MS, passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at her residence. A private family service will be Saturday, May 9, 2020 at Unity Baptist Church. Mrs. Talley was born August 1, 1948 in Booneville, MS to Charles Homer Wheeler and Dolly Raye Barron Wheeler. Judie was a retired assembly worker at Caterpillar and was of the Baptist faith. She loved camping, doing yard work, collecting roosters and fishing. Judie is survived by her sons, Kenny Talley (Tammy) of Corinth, MS and David Talley (Terry) of Corinth, MS; 3 grandchildren, Neil Talley, Shannon Essary (Chad) and Shane Modlin (Christy); 6 great grandchildren, Tucker Talley, Logan Essary, Bryce Modlin, Hailey Essary, C.J. Essary and Bailey Modlin; her brothers, Jerry Wheeler of Corinth, MS, Michael Wheeler (Debbie) of Corinth, MS and Don Wheeler (Teresa) of Corinth, MS; her sisters, Betty Williams (Mike) of Corinth, MS and Martha James (Billy) of Corinth, MS; her special niece, Karly Wheeler; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Rickey Talley; her father, Charles Homer Wheeler; her mother, Dolly Raye Barron Wheeler; her brothers, Robert Wheeler, Benny Wheeler, Joe Wheeler and Charles Wheeler and her sisters, Peggy Boggs and Dorothy Wheeler. Pallbearers will be Junior Beckham, Carl Jameson, Jay Holsomback, Malik Alexander, Jason Sanders and Gary Barnes. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mrs. Judie Lane Talley.
