Obituary Joseph A. Parri, age 52, of Chamber Street, Danville, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, May 19, 2020. Born in Wilkes Barre on August 6, 1967, he was the son of Harry and Sharon (Toole) Parri of Wilkes Barre. He was a 1985 graduate of Bishop Hoban High School. Joseph lived and worked in Danville for the last 29 years, last working for Galt Enterprises at Geisinger Medical Center. He was a kind hearted man who loved his family, enjoyed cooking and sports, especially his favorite Notre Dame University. He was an avid golfer and loved playing the game with his son and his brother. He also was an active volunteer for Bundles of Blessings, a non-profit organization based in Bloomsburg, that provides free diapers and supplies to families in need. In addition to his parents, Joseph is also survived by his loving wife of 29 years, the former Danielle D. Remley; a son, Adam Parri, and his wife Cathy, a daughter Kayla Parri, a granddaughter Stella Parri (the love of his life), all of Benton; a brother Thomas Parri, and his wife Carrie, Plains, a brother in law, Todd Remley, Danville and two nieces: Hannah Remley and Olivia Remley and also many aunts and cousins. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Roat-Kriner Funeral Home, 1133 Bloom Road, Danville.
