Obituary John P. Shively, age 55, of rural DeGraff, Ohio passed away at 8:15 a.m. Saturday, May 23, 2020 at his residence. He was born November 9, 1964, a son of Ralph Shively who survives in DeGraff, and the late Phyllis M. (Francis) Pohlschneider who preceded him in death September 14, 2018. He is survived by his sister, Leslie Ann “LeeAnn” (Ron) Swonguer of Huntsville, Ohio; two brothers, Dan (Brenda) Shively of Bellefontaine, Ohio and Charlie (Rhonda) Shively of Shelbyville, Texas; two nieces, Jana (Tim) McPherson and Kylene (Josh) Pick; a nephew, Troy (Amber) Shively and several great nieces and nephews. John graduated from high school and worked for Siemens in both Urbana, Ohio and Bellefontaine for twenty years. He retired and worked as a caretaker for his father Ralph. Graveside services will be held privately by the family and burial will be at the Philadelphia Cemetery in DeGraff.
