Obituary Jimmy Lee Williams, age 56, of Haynes Moretz Drive, passed away Friday May 22, 2020 at Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte. He was born April 14, 1964 in Lincoln County to the late Joe Pinkney and Margaret Cornelius Wilson Williams. Jimmy loved to fish and enjoyed catfishing at Robinson Catfish Lake outside of Dallas, NC. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters; Betty Jean Williams, and Joann Williams. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 34 years, Cathy Williams; daughters, Chelsa Williams (Thomas Lynch), and Christina Canipe (Brian); nephews and nieces, Marshal Weathers (Tosha), Cynthia Cherry (Steve); grandchildren, Alexis, Michael, Alex, Haylee, and Ashley. A private graveside service, officiated by Rev. Leonard Bumgarner, will be held at the Eaker Family Cemetery, Crouse.
