Gladys Lucille Sell of Monticello May 7, 1926 – May 12, 2020 Gladys Lucille Sell, 94, of Monticello, passed away at 8:02 am, Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at Monticello Healthcare. She was born on May 7, 1926 in McCoysburg to the late William and Viola (Owen) Small. On November 10, 1946 she married James Sell at the Christian Church in Kentland and he preceded her in death. She was a graduate of Kentland High School. She worked several years at Perpak in Foresman, the state highway, and was a caretaker at a state rest area from which she retired. She enjoyed word searches and reading. She especially cherished time with her family. Surviving are her daughter, Pamela S. (James) Farley of Monticello; son, Edward J. Sell of Stockwell; seven grandchildren, Billyjoe Sell, Jason Sell, Timothy Sell, Brandi (Brandon) Bass, Heather (Jeff) Newman, Chris (Patrick) Wells, Jacob Sell and several great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by sons, Russell and Michael Sell; two sisters and a brother; and granddaughter, Melinda Farley. Private family services will be held at a later date.
