George E. Malone of Salem, Missouri went to his heavenly home on Wednesday March 4, 2020 at the age of 81 years. He was born on September 16, 1938 in Feebs, Illinos to the late George Samuel Malone and Pearl Bolin Malone. George was a loving kind soul who loved to serve his Lord and Savior. He was a prayer warrior for many people. He loved to travel and see different places; fishing was done on trips or even at home. He loved being outside gardening, or checking on his chickens he raised. He was a mentor to some by his love for people. George worked for over 30 years for the Salem Water & Sewer Department. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. George is survived by Son, Brian Malloy of St. James, MO, Brother, Bill Malone of Salem, MO, Grandchildren; Caitlyn Malloy, Krista Shaw, Charles Malloy, Special nephew Will Malone & wife Miracle of Salem, MO, a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents George is preceded in death by brothers; Elijah Malone, Henry Mike Malone, James Malone and Edward Malone. Sisters; Betty Shipley, and Francis Light, and two infant sisters still born. Funeral Services for George Malone will be held Monday March 9, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held Sunday March 8, 2020 from 5-8 p.m. at James & Gahr Mortuary in Salem, MO.
