Frank’s Obituary Frank James Soda, 60, of Easton, was born on May 23, 1959 at St Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem, PA to the late Ralph and Beatrice (Bickert) Soda along with his twin sister Beatrice (Soda) Strahler. Frank was the youngest of 5 siblings. He excelled in many interests including wrestling, fishing, cooking, gardening and his skilled work as a mason. Frank was known to be passionate about many topics and for his quest to enjoy life’s simplicities. He would have wished us all to celebrate his life and our loved ones. Frank joins his parents and brothers, James Soda and Thomas Soda, in his next adventure. Left to honor Frank and to remember his life’s passions are his son, Frank J Soda Jr. and husband Matt; partner Ilda Perna and her three children Nicole, Eric, and Markus; twin sister Beatrice (Bea) Strahler and oldest brother Ralph Soda and wife Pat; nieces Sherrie and Angie; nephews, Daniel and Andrew; and cousins Rosemary, Jack, Jody and Dale. A celebration of Frank’s life is being planned for a later date. Frank was proud of his family’s military service and a proud American. Donations in Frank’s memory can be made to MC-LEF Philadelphia Chapter (www.mclefphila.org/) or to a charity or organization of your choosing.
