Obituary Eva Mae Glombowski, age 91 of Grand Haven, passed away on Monday, May 4, 2020 at home. She was born on February 20, 1929 in Rogers City, MI to the late Louis and Anna (Bonnin) Rickle. Eva married Leo Frank Glombowski on February 6, 1951 and he preceded her in death on November 30, 2001. Eva was a member St. Patrick’s Catholic Church and worked as a day-care provider for several years. She enjoyed doing crafts and was known as “Grandma” to all of her day-care kids. Eva had a caring heart and will be missed by so many who loved her. Eva is survived by her two daughters, Mickey Benes (Brian Satterfield) and Linda Kurnava both of Grand Haven; son, Timothy (Heather) Glombowski of Muskegon; 16 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Duane (Dalores) Rickle of Rogers City and Orville Rickle of California; and sister-in-law, Bernetha Glombowski. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo; two sons, Orville and Gregory Glombowski; grandson, Gregory Glombowski II; and 6 brothers and sisters. A Memorial Mass will take place at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church at a later date to be announced. Interment will be at Mount Hope Cemetery in Port Huron, MI.
