Eli Levi March 17, 1966 – May 07, 2020 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card| Memorial Donation Elive “Eli” Charity Levi, 54, of Connersville, Indiana, passed away May 7, 2020 at his home. A burial of ashes will be held on June 20, 2020, at Dale Cemetery. It will be open to all friends and family, with a celebration of life to follow. The time will be announced later. Eli was born March 17th, 1966 in Connersville to Loren and Faith “Betty” Levi. He graduated from Connersville High School and vocational school class of 1984 where he was known for being the best baseball player around. Eli worked all around the country selling anything from watches, cookware, bedsheets, and socks. He was always on the road, stapling brochures together to promote his proud status of head entrepreneur of “E.L. Distributors”. Eli spent most of his time being the life of the party, drinking cold Bud Light, and telling jokes and pulling pranks on everyone he knew. He could make anyone laugh and made friends everywhere he went. Never a dull moment with “Ol’ P”. Eli enjoyed watching his favorite football team the Pittsburgh Steelers and collecting Cincinnati Red’s Pete Rose memorabilia. Always listening to classic rock and roll or watching drama movies or soap operas with his number one companion, his dog, Chico. Spending time with friends and family was always number one on his list. Heart of gold and a truly unique soul. Eli is survived by his son, Todd, and daughter, Madison; a granddaughter, Luna, and his three sisters, Marsha, Loranne “Lori”, and Violet, and countless nieces and nephews, to whom he was close and loved very much. He was preceded in death by his parents, Betty and Loren; sister, Jovetta, and many dear friends we know are welcoming him to paradise with a six pack in hand.
