Obituary Mr. Edward Dalton, Jr is better known as Jack age 91 of Crandall passed away Monday, May 4, 2020, at Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Mountian Springs Baptist Church and Sumach Masonic Lodge #55 for 66 years. Mr. Dalton was preceded in death by his parents Edward (Ed) Sr and Delia (Marie) Gladden Dalton, a brother Donald Dalton and a sister Dorothy Dalton. Survivors include his loving wife of 71 years Rosine (Baxter) Dalton. Daughter Cathy Headrick and grandson and spouse, Blake and Ashley Parson all of Crandall. Sister in law, Marie Faith of Dalton. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be Thursday 1 pm at the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev. LeRoy Elliott and Rev. Homer Roberts officiating. Interment will follow in the Fairy Valley Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mickey Hulett, Harold Hulett, Randy Hulett, Donnie Vick, Tim Faith and Eddy Parson. Honorary pallbearers are Wayne Baxter, Ricky Baxter and Gary Beavers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday 6 till 9pm.
