Earl Dale Crandell, 78, of Mulberry, Arkansas, left the land of the dying for the land of the living on Friday, May 22, 2020 in Mulberry. He was a retired employee of Mulberry Lumber Company and a member of Alma Full Gospel Outreach Church. He was born July 20, 1941 in Clayton, Oklahoma to Carl and Velma Chronister Crandell. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Kenny Dale Crandell and Timothy Earl Crandell; two brothers, Arthur Crandell and Robert Crandell; and three sisters, Lorene Morris, Alene Brewer, and Shirley Wyers. He is survived by his wife, Marie McCoy Crandell of Mulberry; two daughters, Amanda Fields and Jenny Hanna, both of Mulberry; a son, Mike Crandell of Fort Smith, Arkansas; three sisters, Eula Bell Langley and Roxie Atwell, both of Mulberry, and Mary Sue Bascue of Ozark, Arkansas; one brother, Edward Crandell of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; thirteen grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday May 27, 2020 at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel in Ozark with Brother Darren Fields officiating and burial at Earl Campbell Family Cemetery in Mulberry under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.
