Donald was born February 19, 1966 in Chicago, Illinois to Donnie Dale Warren and Joyce Louise (Pettice) Warren. He is survived by his wife, Lila L. Warren of Linden, TN; father and step-mother, Donnie Dale (Ann) Warren of Lobelville, TN; mother, Joyce Warren of Linden, TN; a brother, Christopher Andrew Warren of Lobelville, TN; and three sisters, Tracy Lynn Brown of Milan, TN, Donna Jean Warren of Linden, TN, and Melissa Ann (Thomas) Cotham of Linden, TN.
