Obituary of Christopher Stephen Harris Christopher Stephen Harris, 37 of Forest, passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at his home. Born January 18, 1983, in Lynchburg, he was the son of Belinda Chenault Harris and Dan Stephen Harris. Chris enjoyed hiking, kayaking, music, playing the drums, working on computers, and going to the movies. He is survived by both parents; a daughter, Jenna Reagan Turner; a sister, Sara Hammonds and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins; and best friend, Ryan Caldwell. He is also survived by his dog, KoKo. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Vernard and Iris Chenault and his paternal grandparents, John and Josephine Harris. A funeral service will be held Monday, May 18, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at Diuguid Waterlick Chapel with the Rev. Charlie Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
