Betty’s Obituary Feldscher, Betty Jean (Coker), age 88, peacefully went to the Lord her sleep, Saturday, May 23, 2020 in her home. Betty was born in Osceola, Arkansas on September 24th, 1931. She was born into a large family…probably where she got her feistiness! She worked hard her entire life, well into her mid 80’s. Her most favorite job was being a Grandma and Nana!!! She loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren so much and the feeling was definitely mutual! She loved gardening and took pride in her home where she lived for 65 years. Betty always had great stories to tell. She loved cooking and was well known for delicious banana bread and spaghetti! Nana never let anyone go home hungry! She loved the holidays and always made them special. She will forever be missed!! Loving mother of Debbie (Stephen) Henson and Sandy Thornton; grandmother of Jeromy (Allison) Huskey, Shalako Henson, Shane (Lisa) Henson, Chrissy (Cory) Schepker and Josh Thornton; great grandmother of Mykayla Henson, Krystal Henson, Dillon Huskey, Brody Schepker, Marley Huskey, Chase Henson, Callie Thornton, Lola Schepker and Scarlet Henson; great great grandmother of Brooklyn Henson; and sister of Erbon Riggs. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Coker, and numerous brothers and sisters. Services: Graveside service at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Thursday, May 28, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association.
