Alvin “Smead”‘s Obituary Alvin Lee (Smead) Mitchell was born July 22, 1944, to the late Jack Mitchell and the late Fannie Talley. He united with Lillie Pumphrey, and to this union, three children were born, Teresa Mitchell of El Dorado, AR, Jackie Mitchell Smith of Rowlwsville, North Carolina, and Kenneth Mitchell (Joyelle) of Little Rock, AR. He later united with Patricia Wilson, and to this union, one son was born, Alvin Lavelle Mitchell. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack Mitchell and Fannie Talley, brothers, Larry White, Calvin Mitchell, James Mitchell, Kenneth Mitchell Williams, and sister Linda Mitchell. He leaves to cherish his memories his children: Teresa, Kenneth, Jackie, and Alvin, three brothers, Roy Mitchell, Jimmy Mitchell, and Richard Williams, one sister Earnestine White, seven grandchildren, Staci Mitchell, Dominique Alderson, Brian Smith Jr., Alvin Mitchell, Allana Mitchell, Taylor and Tyler Mitchell, one great-granddaughter Kynlee Dior Alderson, seven nephews, 5 nieces, and a host of relatives and friends.
