On April 18, 2020 Delores Shirley Harris (nee: Johnston), Devoted mother of George W. Harris, David M. Harris and Stephen T. Johnston. Dear mother-in-law of Joyce Harris. Dear sister of Jesse Starr, and the late Frank Starr, Ray Johnston Jr., and her twin sister Juanita Cookus, formerly of Timberville, Va. Cherished grandmother of Matthew Harris and Stephanie Frye and her husband Matt. Devoted great grandmother to Jackson Frye and Benji Frye. Also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Loving daughter of the late Ray and Esther Johnston. She has always been a person of strong will and even greater kindness. Her house had always been open to any and all whom needed sanctuary. Private interment.
