Youn Soon Chang of Irving, Texas November 7, 1950 – February 2, 2020 Youn Soon Chang, 69, a resident of Irving since 1993, died Sunday, February 2, 2020 at a Dallas hospital. Born November 7, 1950 in Seoul, Korea, he served in the Korean Army in Viet Nam. He was a retired owner of a retail sales outlet. He was married to Chong Cha Yu in 1978. Survivors include his wife Chong of Irving; two daughters, Jennifer Chang of Los Angeles and Lisa Chang of Austin; a son, Andrew Chang of Irving; a brother Hyo Soon Chang of New York; a sister Soon Duck Oh of New York; and one granddaughter Jovia Yang. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 6, 2020 at Donnelly’s Colonial Funeral Home Chapel, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, 1413 E. Irving Blvd. in Irving.
