William’s Obituary William “Willie” O. Frank Sr., 74, of Camp Ranch Community, passed away peacefully in his home after bravely battling his second diagnosis of cancer on Tuesday, February 4, 2020. William was born on March 4, 1945 in Floresville, Texas to Albert and Leona Frank. He was preceded in death by his parents Albert and Leona Frank. He is survived by his wife Evelyn and their two children, and William (Frankie) Frank Jr. and Sheri (Chris) Sill. He had 6 grandchildren: Daniel (Fiancée, Holly Light) Frank, Sean (Kelsey) Luna, Scott Calame Jr. Emily Frank, Albert James “AJ” Frank, and Miya Frank. William also leaves behind one sister, Carolyn (Richard) Schulze, and their children Kristin, Karen, and Jonathan (Jennifer) Schulze and their children, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He also leaves behind the following in-laws: Marilyn and Chuck Turner, Tommy and Wanda Chandler, Helen Chandler. A memorial service will be held at the First Lutheran Church on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 10:30am.
