Obituary Wanda J. Vaughn, 84, of Fulton passed away at Fulton Nursing and Rehab on Sunday, February 16, 2020. She was born in Calwood, Missouri on June 26, 1935 to the late Lewis Sheets and the late Hazel (Newberry) Sheets. Wanda was no stranger to hard work. For many years, she worked as a waitress at Gasper’s Restaurant. If she wasn’t at work, she could be found working on the farm, tending to her flowers, or any number of other tasks around her home.
