Vickie’s Obituary Victoria LaDean Williams, 67, of Mexico, passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2020, at her home. Graveside Services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 19, at Elmwood Cemetery with Rev. Larry Baitinger officiating. Vickie was born on October 4, 1952, in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Howard Glenn and Elsie Deloris (Benedict) Williams. She graduated from Winchester (IL) High School in 1972 and then Lincoln Land Community College. She worked at Pin Oaks Living Center for almost 24 years in the Dietary Department. Vickie enjoyed many things including horses, Star Trek, Godzilla and coloring. She was a longtime member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW 1379. She is survived by a brother, Otis Dewayne Williams, of Davenport, IA. Vickie was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Elsie Williams; and grandparents, Shell and Gladys Caldwell.
