Obituary Timothy W. Scott, age 71, of Castalia, died unexpectedly Wednesday, February 26, 2020, in Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky. He was born April 22, 1948, in Sandusky, and graduated from Margaretta High School. Tim proudly served in the U.S. Army and fought in the Vietnam War. He worked for Ford Motor Company for many years, retiring in 2002. He is survived by his wife Dorothy (Russell) Scott; two daughters Sylvia (Steven) Padgett and Suzette (Dewey) Stout; father Franklin Scott; grandchildren T. Brandon (Samantha) Scott, Kyle W. (Jessica) Scott, Jillian A.G. (Zach) Muni, Travis B. Padgett, Jacob E. (Lorissa) Stout, Michaela B. (Jake) Howard, Amber Padgett, Brandon Padgett; great grandchildren Lillian, Airanna, Kirra, Eli, Nova, Hayleigh, and Hayden; sister Janet Thomas, two brothers Zane and Jack Scott; and several nieces and nephews. Timothy was preceded in death by his mother Lillian V. (Hansen) Scott; brother Terry Scott; and three grandchildren Lucas, Brayden, and Gage. A Celebration of Life will be on held Tuesday, March 3, 2020, from 5-7 PM, at Ransom Funeral & Cremation Service, 610 S. Washington St., Castalia. Burial will be on Wednesday, March 4, 2020, at 11 AM in Castalia Cemetery.
