Prater, Sharon of Cedar Hill, Missouri, was born February 24, 1951 to Edwin Hografe and Ruth (nee Harness) Rose and entered into rest February 24, 2020 at the age of 69 years. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother Jim Hografe. She is survived by, her husband, Johnnie “Marvin” Prater, of Cedar Hill, Missouri, two (2) children, Joshua (Connie) Prater, of Valley Park, Missouri, and Tracy (Steve) Werner, of House Springs, Missouri, one (1) granddaughter, Martina Menees, of Potosi, Missouri, two (2) siblings, Virginia (Dave) Viehland and Loretta (Tim) Farrington, and many other family and friends. You could often find Sharon out in her yard gardening and tending to her flower beds. She loved her animals and took in many animals over the years that needed a home. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Graveside Service will be held Saturday, February 29, 2020 12:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, 6300 Hwy 30, Cedar Hill, Missouri 63016.
