Sharon June Nicaise, 71, of Pittsburg, Kansas died at 5:25 pm, Thursday, January 30, 2020, following an illness. Sharon was born June 15, 1948 in Whittier, California, the daughter of Joseph A. and Shirley A. (Main) Wetterer. She was a graduate from El Rancho High School and spent most of her life in the Frontenac/Pittsburg area. Following her working career, Sharon loved spending time with family, traveling to Branson and shopping. She is survived by her son; Bobby Nicaise of Frontenac, KS, her sister; Joanne Barrett of Riverside, CA, two nieces; Renae (Sam) McCabe of Frontenac, KS, Kim Lawrence of Frontenac, KS, and nephew; Daniel Lawrence of Riverside, CA. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral Services will be held at 10 am, Monday, February 10, 2020 at the Friskel Funeral Home in Frontenac, KS with Chaplin Adah Hutchcraft, officiating. Interment will follow at the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Pittsburg, KS. Family will receive friends on Sunday, February 9, 2020 from 2-3 pm at the Friskel Funeral Home.
