Sandra Kay Taylor, 66, of Colonial Beach, Virginia, passed away on February 8, 2020 at the Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg. Born on January 11, 1954 in Michigan, she was the daughter of the late John and Ernestine Taylor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Gene H. Webb. Mrs. Taylor is survived by her children Jason Clifton, Tim Clifton and Leanne McKenzie; siblings Jacqueline T. Brown and Dianna Tyndorf; three grandchildren. Service and interment will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to Colonial Beach Humane Society, 6 Irving Avenue N, Colonial Beach, VA 22443.
