Obituary Ruby Faye Fagan-Blanchard, age 60, passed away peacefully on the morning of Sunday, February 23, 2020 in East Orange, NJ after a long illness. She was born February 20, 1960 in Dallas County, TX to Odessa Lee Traylor and Willie Lee Fagan. She graduated from Central High School in Newark, NJ then went on to attend trade school to become a professional upholsterer.
