Obituary Rosa C. Medeiros, age 93, of Waterman Ave., East Providence passed away February 22, 2020 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center with her loving family by her side. She was the wife of the late Fernando T. Medeiros. Rosa was born on November 30, 1926, in Freixo, Ponte de Lima, Portugal, a daughter of the late Jose Alves de Araujo and the late Delfina Barbosa de Carvalho.
