Obituary Pastor Robert Clyde Hill of Samson passed away on Friday, January 31, 2020. He was 55. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 10, 2020, in the chapel of Pittman Funeral Home in Samson. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Spectracare Health Systems, 10386 W State Highway 52, Samson, AL 36477. Robert was born in Norfolk, Virginia on July 14, 1964, to the late James Clyde Hill and Annie Ruth Smalley Hill. In 1992, he graduated from Liberty Home Bible Institute in Lynchburg, VA. Before becoming disabled, Robert was employed as a store manager in grocery and convenience stores. He is survived by son, Jordan Hill of Las Vegas, NV; daughter, Gabrielle Olivier of Tampa, FL; two brothers, Carl Grady Hill (Joanie) of Ocala, FL, and Steven Lee Hill (Cindy) of Chesapeake, VA; two sisters, Jo Ann Hill (Buddy) of Samson, and Sue Elaine Stephens of Geneva; and numerous nieces and nephews.
