Obituary Mrs. Rebecca Anne Schenck Carter, age 47 of Kay Road, Eastanollee passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at St. Mary’s Sacred Heart Hospital, Lavonia, Georgia. A daughter of Morris and Ruth Foster Schenck, she was born August 11, 1972 in Hornell, New York having lived most of her life in Stephens County.
