Obituary Mrs. Rebecca Anne Schenck Carter, age 47 of Kay Road, Eastanollee passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at St. Mary’s Sacred Heart Hospital, Lavonia, Georgia. A daughter of Morris and Ruth Foster Schenck, she was born August 11, 1972 in Hornell, New York having lived most of her life in Stephens County. She was employed with Gem Southeast for a number of years and attended First Alliance Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Carter in 2014.
