Monette passed from this world to be with her Lord in heaven on February 15, 2020 at the age of 61. Monette is survived by her husband, Ken Boester of Fredericksburg, son Samuel Boester of Seattle WA, brother Brian Litteral and sister Suzanne Ross, both of San Antonio, and other family members and friends who all loved her very much.
Monette was born October 24, 1958 in San Antonio to Billy Ray Litteral and Gloria Martinez Litteral. She was preceded in death by her parents. Monette married Ken Boester December 29, 1979 in San Antonio.
In 1984 Monette received her B.F.A. in Art, All-Level Teaching Certificate, with Highest Honors from Corpus Christi State University. She taught Art at Driscoll Jr. High School for a few years and remained active in church, Bible Study Fellowship as a Group Leader, Boys and Girls Club and many other organizations. She was a loving and devoted mother and wife to her son and husband. Monette never met a stranger and always put others before herself.
A memorial service will be held at the Bridge Church in Fredericksburg at a later date
